Ingredients

  • Shochu (Mizumari): 1 part
  • Soy milk: 3 parts
  • Sugar syrup: to taste
  • Cocoa powder: to your preference
  • Vanilla ice cream: to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Mix shochu, soy milk, and sugar syrup.
  2. Add vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired.
